The Member Company is seeking engineers to design and develop software applications, from requirements analysis to deployment in production environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-quality solutions and continuously improve system performance and reliability.

This permanent role in Italy offers a base gross annual salary of at least €31,000, with potential increases after evaluation, plus a project profit-sharing component, a learning and development

Competenze

• M.Sc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education.
• 1-3 years of experience in software development.
• Proven experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, C#).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of software design principles and architecture patterns.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Fluency in English and Italian.

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base gross annual salary (Gross Annual Salary - RAL) will be no less than €31,000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce - Tertiary, Distribution and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.

In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
