The Member Company is seeking a Software Engineer to develop safety-critical embedded software for aerospace projects. You will contribute to real-time C development, define software requirements and architectures, and perform software/hardware integration and testing.

You will support certification under DO-178C, analyze issues, and help ensure compliant delivery. The position offers a permanent contract with a base gross annual salary not less than €35,000, plus profit sharing and a skills

Competenze

• Degree in Aeronautical, Electronic, Computer Engineering or similar.
• Excellent knowledge of C and the DO-178C standard.
• Experience with safety-critical systems (DAL A/B).
• Knowledge of ARINC429, CAN Bus, and software testing processes.
• Good knowledge of English.

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent contract, and the base gross annual salary (RAL) offered will not be less than €35,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio - Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive remuneration package, and at the end of the recruitment process, based on the candidate's experiences, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL higher than the level indicated above.

In accordance with our business model, the final remuneration package also includes a component of direct participation in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget for skills development of €4,000 net per year, and annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection process, in compliance with current company policies.
