TMC è un'azienda di consulenza tecnologica internazionale che realizza progetti complessi nel settore high-tech. Cerchiamo una figura con MSc in Ingegneria Meccanica, Automazione o Robotica per guidare team interni e supportare l’analisi dei problemi.

La posizione è a tempo indeterminato, con stipendio lordo annuo minimo di 35.000 €, e pacchetti welfare previsti secondo policy. Richiede lettura di disegni tecnici e BOM, capacità di presentazione e reportistica.

Competenze

• MSc in Mechanical, Automation or Robotics Engineering.
• Capacità di leggere disegni tecnici e distinte basi (BOM).
• Capacità di preparare presentazioni e report tecnici.
• Fluenza in italiano e inglese.
• 2+ anni di esperienza professionale.

Mansioni

• Manage cross-functional team meetings, adapting to project phases
• Process and track anomalies in company database
• Monitor project progress and provide reports to management
• Participate actively in technical project meetings
• Support identification and resolution of anomaly root causes
• Ensure the application of company methodologies for problem analysis and resolution.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above. In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
