Teleflex is seeking a Clinical Specialist Interventional Urology for EMEA, based in Italy with extensive travel. You will deliver professional education to surgeons, OR staff, and sales teams to optimize patient outcomes.

You will support case coverage and peer-to-peer training across EMEA, ensuring compliant content and effective education programs while partnering with CMA leadership and commercial teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in clinical or science-based field or equivalent.
• Registered Healthcare Professional.
• At least 3 years of professional training or OR-based sales experience.
• Demonstrated clinical mastery related to medical devices and urology experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience training HCPs in clinical settings.
• Proficient in Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Advanced MS Office skills for reports, spreadsheets, presentations.

Mansioni

• Deliver approved educational programs for clinicians and staff.
• Support case coverage primarily in Italy and other EMEA markets.
• Train clinicians with New Hire Orientation and webinars.
• Develop webinar content with stakeholders and manage training logistics.
• Ensure compliance with Teleflex policies and CMA guidance.
