Teleflex Sassari, located in Sardinia, seeks a Clinical Specialist Interventional Urology to educate surgeons and OR staff, support CMA training, and expand education across EMEA. You will partner with the CMA Director to ensure compliant, high-quality educational delivery and clinical excellence.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical or science-based field is required.
• Registered Healthcare Professional status is required.
• At least 3 years of professional training or OR-based sales experience.
• Demonstrated clinical mastery related to medical devices and urology preferred.
• Strong communication in Italian and English; capable of high-level education delivery.

Mansioni

• Deliver approved educational programs to surgeons, OR staff, and sales teams.
• Support case coverage across Italy with expansion to other EMEA markets.
• Train clinicians, onboard faculty, and run peer-to-peer education sessions.
• Develop webinar content and live presentations; manage training logistics and budgeting.
• Maintain current with medical literature and regulatory policies; collaborate with CMA Director.
