Teleflex seeks a Clinical Specialist to lead professional procedural education for surgeons, OR staff, and sales teams in Italy and across EMEA. You will deliver approved educational content, support case coverage and peer-to-peer training while ensuring compliance with company policies and CMA goals.

The role requires high-calibre training experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with up to 80% travel within the defined region.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical or science-based field or equivalent.
• Registered Healthcare Professional.
• At least 3 years of professional training or OR-based sales experience.
• Demonstrated clinical mastery related to medical devices and urology experience preferred.
• Professional work ethic, strong organizational skills, and ability to perform independently.
• Strong interpersonal skill and experience training HCPs in clinical setting.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
• Advanced MS Office skills to develop effective reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Mansioni

• Deliver approved educational programs.
• Support case coverage primarily in Italy but also other EMEA markets as required.
• Support clinician case training, including New clinicians, Advanced Anatomy and Advanced Techniques.
• Partner with Commercial Team to cover regular cases.
• Deliver a positive learning experience and build champions through peer-to-peer engagements.
• Run peer-to-peer events in compliance with Teleflex EMEA HCP Policy.
• Provide advanced training and technical education for clinicians to advance independence.
• Support vetting, training, and onboarding of faculty clinicians.
• Deliver training programs including online programs, simulators, and live presentations for Sales team and faculty.
• Facilitate hands-on clinical training at New Hire Orientation.
• Develop webinar content and conduct webinars with faculty and team members.
• Work with CMA Director to manage training logistics, budgeting, and costs for Professional Education events.
