Teleflex seeks a Clinical Specialist to lead professional procedural education for surgeons, OR staff and sales teams. You will support case coverage, peer-to-peer training, and in-booth simulator sessions while aligning with CMA goals and compliance policies.

You will work with a team across EMEA to deliver approved content, assess educational needs, and manage training logistics and budgets to drive safe, effective use of Teleflex products.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or science-based field (or equivalent).
• Registered Healthcare Professional.
• At least 3 years of professional training or OR-based sales experience.
• Clinical mastery related to medical devices and urology preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills in Italian and English.
• Advanced MS Office skills to develop reports and presentations.

Mansioni

• Deliver approved educational programs to surgeons, OR staff and sales reps.
• Support case coverage, peer-to-peer training and in-booth simulator training.
• Promote CMA goals while ensuring compliance with HCP interactions.
• Coordinate training logistics, budgeting and costs for events.
• Stay current with medical literature and industry trends.

Formazione

Bachelor’s degree in clinical or science-based field
