Teleflex seeks a Clinical Specialist to deliver professional procedural education programs to surgeons, OR staff and sales representatives, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes. As part of the CMA team, you will support case coverage, peer-to-peer training, conference in-booth simulator training, and other education activities across EMEA.

Reporting to the CMA Director, you will develop and implement approved educational content, compliant with policies, and manage logistics and budgeting for

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or science-based field or equivalent.
• Registered Healthcare Professional.
• 3+ years of professional training or OR-based sales experience.
• Clinical mastery related to medical devices; urology experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and bilingual Italian/English.

Mansioni

• Deliver procedural education programs to surgeons, OR staff, and sales reps.
• Support case coverage and peer-to-peer training across EMEA.
• Develop and implement education plans with CMA Director.
• Ensure compliance with Off Label and Promotion Policies.
• Manage training logistics and budgeting for events.
• Keep current with medical literature and industry trends.
