Teleflex in Italy seeks a Clinical Specialist to deliver professional procedural education to surgeons, OR staff, and sales teams. Working with the CMA team, you will support case coverage, peer-to-peer training, and in-booth simulator sessions across EMEA, ensuring compliant education delivery.

You will manage training logistics, partner with commercial teams, and stay current with medical literature. Travel up to 80% within the region; a clinical background and strong interpersonal skills are

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or science-based field or equivalent.
Registered Healthcare Professional.
At least 3 years of professional training or OR-based sales experience.
Strong organizational skills and ability to perform independently.
Excellent Italian and English verbal and written communication.

Mansioni

Deliver approved educational programs to clinicians and staff.
Support case coverage primarily in Italy; additional EMEA coverage as needed.
Conduct peer-to-peer training and webinars with faculty and team members.
Manage logistics, budgeting, and training costs for Professional Education events.
Stay current with medical literature and industry trends.
