Villeroy & Boch Group in Emilia-Romagna seeks a Visual Merchandising support role to assist retail stores with guidelines, layouts, graphics, and display standards aligned with the brand. You will collaborate with Store Managers to evaluate changes and improvements, manage visual reports, and support window displays in line with brand identity.

The ideal candidate is a native Italian speaker with good English, holds a related Bachelor's degree, and has proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe

Competenze

• Italian native speaker (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of English
• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Art, Design, Fashion, Marketing, or related fields
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus
• Interest in visual merchandising, branding, and retail environments

Mansioni

• Support retail stores with visual merchandising guidelines and display implementation
• Ensure correct store layout, product setting, graphics, and display standards
• Assist in the production and shipment management of sales support materials for stores
• Support stock monitoring activities and share replenishment needs related to visual requirements
• Collaborate with Store Managers to evaluate layout changes and improvement initiatives
• Manage and share visual photo reports and store feedback
• Support window display preparation and execution aligned with brand identity
