DHL Express Italy is seeking a 6‑month full‑time internship in the Sales Department within the Business Intelligence team at the Innovation Campus in Peschiera Borromeo (Milan).

Join a dynamic environment supporting business growth, with exposure to pricing and BI analysis, and the chance to work on real projects with the Sales team.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics / Management Engineering.
• Good command of English.
• Strong Excel and Access skills; Power BI is a plus.

DHL Express Italy, a leading global company in the field of express transportation and logistics services, part of DHL Group, awarded Great Place To Work, is looking for an Intern for the Sales Department within the Business Intelligence team at the Innovation Campus in Peschiera Borromeo (Milan).

WHAT WE OFFER?

The opportunity to experience the organizational logic and dynamics of a department focused on supporting business growth, working alongside the Pricing Team.

6 month full-time internship, with expenses reimbursement of € 800 gross and ticket restaurant.

Company shuttle from Milan (Milan Rogoredo, Lambrate and Segrate stations).

WHAT WILL YOU BE IN CHARGE OF?

• Management of commercial databases
• Sales performance analysis and analytical support for projects or initiatives to be implemented
• Performance reporting to support the Sales Force and clients

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Economics / Management Engineering
• Good command of English
• Good computer skills with corporate tools, particularly the Office suite (Excel and Access)
• Experience with Power BI will be considered a plus
• Customer orientation
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Analytical, numerical data handling, and problem-solving skills
• Organizational and planning skills
• Autonomy and initiative
• Ability to work effectively in a team
