DHL Express Italy, part of DHL Group, invites a Marketing and Retail Marketing intern to join the Sales & Marketing Department at its headquarters in Peschiera Borromeo (MI). The role offers a 6-month, full-time internship with a gross monthly allowance of €800 plus meal vouchers and a company shuttle from Milan.

You will help create communications, monitor brand presence, handle customer reviews, support DEM campaigns, and aid in social media content development, analytics, and promotional

WHAT WILL YOU BE IN CHARGE OF?

• Support the creation and updating of magazines and communication materials aimed at internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze the brand's online presence, identifying opportunities for improvement and engagement.
• Manage and respond to customer reviews on major digital platforms, including Google Reviews.
• Support the analysis and management of customer databases, contributing to the identification of commercial insights and opportunities.
• Collaborate on the planning, creation, and evaluation of DEM (Direct Email Marketing) campaigns.
• Support the development of content and creative assets for social media channels, aligned with brand guidelines.
• Monitor the performance of marketing and trade marketing activities through dedicated reports and analyses.
• Assist in implementing commercial and promotional initiatives to support the Retail channel.

YOUR PROFILE

Strong interest in exploring the fields of Marketing and Trade Marketing, combined with effective communication skills, organizational and planning abilities, and a solid command of Excel, PowerPoint, and English (advanced level).

Experience And Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Economics, Communication, Marketing, or related fields)
