DHL Express Italy offers a 6-month full-time internship at the Innovation Campus in Peschiera Borromeo (MI). The role centers on tariff management, loyalty analysis, and reporting of offers, supporting business development within the Pricing, Tender & Yield Control team.

The candidate should have a strong interest in pricing, be analytical with solid Excel skills and proficient English. A monthly gross allowance of €800 plus meal vouchers is provided, with a company shuttle service from Milan.

Competenze

• Degree, preferably in Economics or Statistics.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Access is a plus).
• Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken).

• Implementing tariff management processes in close collaboration with Regional Pricing.
• Analyzing customer loyalty to align with express traffic profiles (Promotion and Shipment to profile).
• Generating reporting related to offers.

DHL Express Italy, a world-leading company in express transport and logistics services and part of DHL Group, recognized as a Great Place To Work, is looking for a candidate for the Customer Service Management department within the Pricing, Tender & Yield Control team, based at the Innovation Campus in Peschiera Borromeo (MI).

A 6-month full-time internship with a monthly allowance of €800 gross plus meal vouchers.

Company shuttle service from Milan (Milano Rogoredo, Lambrate, and Segrate stations).

WHAT WILL YOU BE IN CHARGE OF?

• Implementing tariff management processes in close collaboration with Regional Pricing
• Analyzing customer loyalty to align with express traffic profiles (Promotion and Shipment to profile)
• Generating reporting related to offers
• Analyzing and monitoring field-implemented offers
• Managing authorization workflows for creating customer quotes and offers

YOUR PROFILE

A candidate with a strong interest in deepening their knowledge of the Pricing world, an analytical mindset, numerical data analysis skills, and an excellent knowledge of Excel and English.

Experience And Skills

• Degree, preferably in Economics or Statistics
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Access is a plus)
• Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken)
