Job summary

PIRELLI is offering an internship in the Purchasing team within the Industrial services department. The role focuses on the sourcing cycle and hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will learn to identify spending areas, perform cost analyses, and support KPI reporting, collaborating with regional procurement teams and other internal functions to evaluate supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or economics.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Proficiency in using Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify spending areas and organize buying processes to identify cost savings.
• Perform cost analysis and set appropriate benchmarks.
• Support internal reporting of results and elaborate periodic KPIs.
• Cooperate with Regional procurement teams and other internal functions (e.g., Legal, Tax, Administration, R&D, Manufacturing).
• Supplier management and continuous evaluation/assessment of supplier performance.
