Job summary

Pirelli is seeking an Industrialization Intern within the Supply Chain department to support the product lifecycle from development to production. You will collaborate with Supply Chain, R&D, Marketing and Manufacturing, assisting planning and coordination of key activities while contributing to hands-on execution and follow-up.

• Master's degree required in STEM, Economics, Business or related fields.
• Fluency in English and Italian mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of databases or enterprise master data systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Industrialization operations: follow tooling and industrialization requirements to advance new product projects.
• Assist in strategic and operational planning for product portfolio evolution based on assets, capabilities and constraints.
• Coordinate and interact with multiple stakeholders across functions and departments.
• Gain hands-on experience with data and information management in corporate systems for product lifecycle planning.

DRIVE YOUR FUTURE

As an Industrialization Intern within the Supply Chain department, you will play an active role in the product lifecycle of Car products, from development to industrial production. You will work closely with Supply Chain, R&D, Marketing and Manufacturing, supporting the planning and coordination of key activities while also being directly involved in their hands-on execution and follow-up. You will also act as a Data Owner of Pirelli's internal product lifecycle planning and activity-mapping system, contributing to data management, project visibility and continuous improvement of the planning process.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

You will work closely with your tutor and contribute to:

• Industrialization operations — following tooling and key industrialization requirements, ensuring that all necessary elements are in place for new product projects to progress through the different industrialization stages.
• Strategic & operational planning - supporting the planning of the product portfolio evolution base on technological assets, capabilities and constraints.
• Stakeholder management - coordinating and interacting with multiple stakeholders across different functions and departments.
• Business information systems - working with corporate systems used to manage the product portfolio, activities and lifecycle planning, gaining hands-on experience in data and information management.
