Job summary

Pirelli in Lombardy invites you to join the Purchasing team as an intern. You will participate in the end-to-end sourcing cycle for Digital categories, supporting supplier selection, RFQs, and tender processes in line with company procedures.

You will analyze supplier proposals, prepare reports, interact with suppliers, and attend meetings with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align purchasing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, business administration or related field.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end purchasing process for Digital categories, from request to supplier selection, in line with company procedures.
• Manage RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and support tenders.
• Analyze and compare supplier offers to identify best solutions.
• Handle supplier documentation and interact directly with suppliers.
• Prepare reports and support internal reporting of results.
• Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align on purchasing activities.
