Job summary

Pirelli is seeking an intern to join the Purchasing team in the Sourcing Excellence department. You will contribute to sustainability and risk management activities with a hands-on, fast-paced approach.

The role focuses on data collection, analysis, ESG assessments, and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, including on-site supplier audits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or economics required.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Data collection and cleansing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and conduct data analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with suppliers' on-site audits and ESG assessments.
• Interface with category teams and external platforms for monitoring audits.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders for corrective actions.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

• Manage data collection and cleansing activities through collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Prepare and conduct data analysis activities to support strategic business decision-making
• Management of suppliers' on-site audit
  • Coordination with Pirelli category teams
  • Interface with external stakeholders for monitoring and follow up of the audits
  • Follow up with Internal stakeholders for approval and corrective action plans when is required
• Management of suppliers' ESG assessment (Environmental, Social, and Governance)
  • Coordination with Pirelli category teams
  • Interface with external platform for monitoring and reporting data
• Ad hoc requests related to ESG projects/initiatives:
