You will work on the sourcing cycle, contributing to cost-saving initiatives and internal KPI reporting, while collaborating with regional procurement and cross-functional teams.

• Fluency in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the sourcing cycle within the Purchasing team.
• Conduct cost analysis and establish appropriate benchmarks.
• Support internal reporting of results and elaborate periodic KPIs.
• Cooperate with Regional procurement teams and other internal functions.
• Participate in supplier management and evaluation activities.

You will join the Purchasing team, within the Industrial services department, and will have the opportunity to be involved in all the activities related to the sourcing cycle, according to company needs and to the general agreements with the suppliers. This internship offers hands-on experience, providing a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

• identification of spending areas and organization of buying processes with the goal of identifying cost savings.
• activities like cost analysis and set of appropriate benchmarks.
• supporting the internal reporting of results and elaborate periodic KPIs.
• cooperating with Regional procurement teams and other internal functions (e.g., Legal, Tax, Administration, R&D, Manufacturing)
• supplier management and continuous evaluation/assessment of supplier performance.
