Job summary

Pirelli & C. S.p.A. in Milan offers an internship in Warehouse Engineering & Contracts Logistics within the Supply Chain team. You will gain hands-on experience interacting with stakeholders and learning the tender process, contract definition, and service start-up.

The program seeks a Master’s in management engineering or economics with SCM focus, fluent in English and Italian, and proficient with Office. The internship provides international environment and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in management engineering or economics, preferably with specialization in SCM.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the tenders process from the identification of the potential services supplier to the definition of the specifications, the contract definition, until the start-up of the new service.
• Assist in managing the relationship with the supplier in order to guarantee the service level agreed in the contract.
• Support the project management of the new services by integrating all the involved functions and monitoring the state of advancement.
• Support the local Logistics in managing the warehouse and distribution issues and in monitoring the service level of the suppliers compared to the fixed targets.
