Job summary

Philip Morris Italia cerca un interno per il team Operations CS a Roma. In questa posizione, lavorerai a stretto contatto con il Manager Ecommerce Process & Service Delivery B2C e supporterai esperti di processo nel testare sistemi, documentare requisiti e facilitare sessioni retrospettive.

Le attività includono la gestione ordini, gestione scorte, consegne dell’ultimo miglio e pagamenti, con una durata di 6 mesi a tempo pieno e un’indennità mensile di 900 €.

Qualifications

• Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria o campi correlati.
• Conoscenza di Office Suite, in particolare MS Excel.
• Ottime capacità comunicative e lavoro di squadra.
• Fluenza in inglese e italiano, obbligatoria durante il processo di colloquio.

Responsibilities

• Monitorare e validare ordini B2B (Direct Retail, Indirect Retail) e B2C sull'e-commerce, garantendo una corretta allocazione delle scorte.
• Consolidare Weekly Stock Availability report per Direct Retail e Indirect Retail nella PM Italy reporting suite.
• Gestione degli acquisti diretti per Brand Retail (eventi, visual merchandising, fiere & eventi).
• Supportare attività operative di ecommerce quali ordini cliente, gestione scorte, consegna ultimo miglio e pagamenti.

Rome (RM) Start Date: November 2026

Your Role

As an Intern you will be part of our Operations CS for Philip Morris Italia and will be reporting to Manager Ecommerce Process & Service Delivery B2C. The position will be based in Rome. In your role, you will join Operations CS Team supporting subject matter experts in delivering business requirements, executing/documenting tests (on processes and systems) and run retrospective sessions.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and validate orders placed by B2B customers (Direct Retail, Indirect Retail) to the Distributor and by consumers on e-commerce (B2C) , ensuring optimal stock allocation across the distribution network;
• Consolidate Weekly Stock Accessories Availability report for Direct Retail and Indirect Retail (incl. New Launches, Initiatives and Special Projects) in PM Italy reporting suite.
• Management of Direct purchases for Brand Retail (events, visual merchandising, fair & events);
• Support e commerce operational activities such as customer orders, stock management, last mile deliveries and payments.

Skills & Capabilities

• Degree in Economics, Engineering or related fields;
• Literacy in Office Suite, particularly MS Excel;
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
• Fluency in English and in Italian is mandatory, and will be tested throughout the interview process.
