ROMBO AI is seeking a motivated Grants & Operations Intern to support the CEO and help drive strategic and operational initiatives within a fast‑growing AI startup. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in innovation funding, project management, and executive support from day one.

You will work on funding opportunities, grant applications, and coordination with partners, while assisting in administrative and operational tasks.

Competenze

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master\'s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Excellent written and spoken Italian and English
• Comfortable using Excel, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools
• Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Previous experience with grants, startups, or project management is appreciated but not required

Role Description

We're looking for a highly motivated Grants & Operations Intern to work directly with the CEO and support both strategic and operational activities. What You'll Do

• Research European, national, and regional funding opportunities

Who You Are
