ROMBO AI is seeking a highly motivated Grants & Operations Intern to work directly with the CEO and support strategic and operational activities in a startup setting. You will gain hands-on experience in innovation funding, project management, and executive support while contributing to real business initiatives from day one.

You will collaborate across innovation funding, operations, and executive tasks, with mentorship from the CEO and potential path toward Operations Manager or Chief of Staff

Competenze

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Excellent written and spoken Italian and English.
• Comfortable using Excel, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Previous experience with grants, startups, or project management is appreciated but not required.

Mansioni

• Research European, national, and regional funding opportunities.
• Support the preparation of grant applications and project proposals.
• Assist with project documentation and reporting.
• Help coordinate activities with partners and consultants.
• Support administrative and operational processes.
• Help manage contracts, suppliers, renewals, and documentation.
• Work closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives.
• Assist in organizing meetings, priorities, and special projects.
• Help improve internal processes and operational efficiency.
