Pirelli & C. S.p.A. invites applications for an Internship - Global Suppliers Quality Analyst in Milan, Italy. You'll join the Quality team within the Suppliers Quality department and gain hands-on exposure to global strategy definition, coordination, and standardization activities.

Key learning includes engaging suppliers via the Quality Supplier Portal, coordinating local plants, supporting document management, monitoring core processes, and preparing periodic KPI reports.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Proficiency in using Office.

Mansioni

• Engage suppliers in using the Quality Supplier Portal (QSP).
• Coordinate local plants in supplier quality activities and QSP-related tasks.
• Support documents management (coversheet and TGRs).
• Monitor core processes like approval and claims management in supplier quality.
• Prepare and elaborate periodic KPIs and internal reports.

You will join the Quality team, within the Suppliers Quality department, and will have the opportunity to be involved in all the activities related to strategy definition, coordination and standardization at global level. This internship offers hands‑on experience, providing a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

• Perform activities aimed to engage Suppliers in the usage of the Quality Supplier Portal (QSP)
• Coordinate all the local plants in all the activities related to manage the Supplier Quality flow - in particular the ones in the QSP.
• Support the Supplier quality department in documents management (coversheet and TGRs)
• Support the Supplier quality department in monitoring all their core processes like approval and claims management.
• Supporting the internal reporting of results and elaborate periodic KPIs.
