Campari Group invites a motivated and analytical intern to join the Global Supply Chain Excellence and Analytics team in Milan area. You will help govern product data across ERP systems and support New Product Innovation with data accuracy and process improvements.

This internship offers exposure to global and regional supply chain operations, requiring strong Excel/Power BI skills, English fluency, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

General Description Of The Role

We are looking for a motivated and analytical candidate to join the Global Supply Chain Excellence and Analytics team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and governing product data across ERP and related systems, partnering with multiple business functions to ensure data accuracy, support efficient operations, and contribute to successful New Product Innovation projects.

This internship represents a great opportunity to develop a broad understanding of Supply Chain operations across global and regional dimensions, within a dynamic and multicultural environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys analytical work, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The Mission And Key Responsibilities

• Take part in New Product Innovation and other Supply Chain projects, supporting and monitoring Material Master Data creation activities.
• Support Regional and Local teams across different functions and geographies on Material Master Data related topics.
• Contribute to data accuracy and operational excellence by monitoring system alerts and exceptions.
• Assist in documenting procedures and creating instructional materials to support the adoption of new processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing enhancements.

Education / Experience

• Degree in disciplines that combine both business and analytical skills.

E.g. Management Engineering, Supply Chain Analytics, Business-oriented Information Technology, or Data Analytics-focused Business Administration

• Previous exposure to analytical tasks or data-oriented projects is a plus.

Skills & Personal Traits

• Fluency in English is mandatory. Italian is considered a strong plus.
• Proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas) and Power Point.
• Basic knowledge of SQL (or similar database languages) and/or Power BI (or other BI tools) is considered a plus.
• Previous exposure to Supply Chain processes is a plus.
• Proactive and service-oriented approach, with strong interpersonal skills to support internal stakeholders.
• Curiosity and process improvement attitude with a willingness to anticipate issues and quickly learn new systems and tools.
• Attention to details and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and in a multicultural environment.
