The internship will provide hands-on experience in international sales and project development within the high-end interiors sector. The trainee will learn how to support commercial activities across different markets, research prospective clients and partners, prepare presentations and sales materials, and assist with the development and follow-up of projects in the hospitality, retail, residential and contract sectors.
With guidance from the sales and project teams, the trainee will develop skills in market analysis, client communication, lead generation, CRM management, quotation support and commercial reporting. They will also gain an understanding of premium furniture, materials, design processes and the coordination required between clients, architects, designers and internal departments.
Regular supervision, feedback and on-the-job training will be provided throughout the internship, helping the trainee strengthen their communication, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills while gaining practical experience in an international, design-led business environment.
