Artemest is seeking an organized, detail-oriented intern to join the Trade & Design team in Milano, Italy. The role supports bespoke product development and large-scale interior projects in an international environment, working with cross-functional teams and suppliers.

The internship offers hands-on technical and operational experience, with full-time hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm) and a monthly compensation of 600€.

• Support the Artemest Trade & Design team in managing large-scale and custom projects with focus on creative design and bespoke requests from international markets.
• Provide technical and operational support to the bespoke service, translating client requests into actionable inputs for suppliers.
• Create visual content and 3D models using AI tools and other digital technologies, delivering high-quality visualizations and presentations for clients.
• Interface with Artemest’s supplier network to assess feasibility, materials, finishes, and production constraints for customized projects.
• Negotiate with suppliers and identify solutions for interior design projects.
• Assist in sourcing activities and define product solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Evaluate project requirements and consider certifications, technical specifications, materials and finishes.
• Monitor and manage the full order lifecycle, focusing on bespoke requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project alignment and timely execution.
• Understand B2B client inquiries for residential and commercial projects and apply problem solving to meet expectations.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate operational phases to align client expectations with supplier capabilities.

Artemest is looking for an organized, detail-oriented and motivated intern to join our Trade & Design team and support the execution of bespoke projects and custom product development activities.

This role offers a hands-on opportunity to support the technical and operational execution of bespoke product requests and the operational side of large-scale and custom interior projects in a dynamic and international environment.

The ideal candidate is passionate about product and interior design, with a basic understanding of materials and finishes, eager to learn the processes behind B2B project execution, and ready to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of client solutions.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Support the Artemest Trade & Design team in managing large-scale and custom projects, with a strong focus on creative design and bespoke product requests coming from international markets (US, UK, FR, ME, ROW) and internal Trade Team needs.
• Provide technical and operational support to the bespoke service, translating client requests into actionable inputs for suppliers.
• Create visual content and 3D models using AI tools and other digital technologies, delivering high-quality visualizations and graphic presentations for clients.
• Interface with Artemest’s network of suppliers and artisans to assess feasibility, materials, finishes, and production constraints for highly customized and bespoke projects
• Negotiate with our supplier network and identify solutions for interior design projects.
• Support Artemest Trade & Design team in sourcing activities and contribute to defining product solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Carefully evaluate project requirements and operate accordingly (e.g. certifications, technical specifications, materials and finishes).
• Monitor and manage the full order lifecycle, with a focus on bespoke requests.
• Collaborate and liaise with internal teams (Customer Care, Logistics, Product, Administration) to ensure project alignment and timely execution.
• Understand B2B client enquiries for residential and commercial projects and use problem solving skills to meet their expectations.
• Manage project opportunity timelines with responsibility for project management and coordination of operational phases, ensuring alignment between client expectations and supplier capabilities.

Offer information

• Duration: 6 months
• Working hours: full-time (Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm)
• Monthly compensation: 600€
