IDLO - International Development Law Organization in Rome seeks a Recruitment Consultant to provide end-to-end recruitment and administrative support for vacancies across IDLO’s operations. The consultant will manage ATS processes, screening, interviews, assessments, and offers while ensuring policy compliance and timely communications with hiring managers.

The role requires 5+ years in talent acquisition, experience with ATS, and strong stakeholder management in multicultural contexts.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, International Relations, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in international organizations and NGOs.

Aufgaben

• Launch vacancy announcements in ATS and recruitment platforms.
• Screen applications against vacancy requirements and criteria.
• Prepare longlist reports and candidate assessments for hiring managers.
• Develop shortlists with hiring managers and coordinate interviews.
• Draft recruitment reports and maintain documentation; ensure policy compliance.
• Conduct reference checks and issue offers; manage candidate experience.
• Provide regular status updates to HR Operations and hiring managers.
