Technogym S.p.A. in Cesena, Italy, is seeking a Mechanical Supplier Quality Engineer to join the Purchasing Team.

You will manage, monitor and improve supplier performance across the supply chain, developing quality documentation and coordinating time plans for component delivery. The role requires a Master’s degree in engineering or related field, experience in quality engineering, APQP/PPAP knowledge, and strong problem-solving skills.

Competenze

• Master's degree in engineering, economics or equivalent field.
• Background as Quality Engineer, Quality Manager or R&D Engineer.
• Knowledge of industrial processes and technologies.
• APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
• Experience in automotive, white goods or automatic industries is a plus.
• Problem solving with 8D and A3 methodologies (Six Sigma).
• Process auditing experience.

Your Role

We are looking for an energetic and process driven Mechanical Supplier Quality Engineer to join our Purchasing Team at Technogym HQ in Cesena, Italy.

In this role, you will be in charge of the management, monitoring and improvement of the performance of the supply chain.

Your Impact

• Coordinate the development and industrialization of suppliers
• Develop quality documentation regarding the control of supplies
• Manage “time planning” of suppliers until components/products delivery
• Promote corrective actions in case of deviations of product particularities
• Guarantee the support to purchasing department in evaluating and confirming new suppliers
• Guarantee the support to R&D department to develop new component/equipment
• Identify new technologies and supply opportunities
• Improve current process so as to remove potential obstacles and defects

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to‑earth and ethical.

What you should bring:

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Economics or other relevant fields
• Background as Quality Engineer, Quality Manager, R&D Engineer
• Knowledge of industrial processes and technologies
• APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
• Previous experience in automotive, white goods and automatic industries is considered a plus
• Problem Solving attitude and 8D, A3 methodology (6sigma)
• Process Auditing experience

Compensation Data

We believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €35,000 and €55,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
