Technogym cerca un Technical Service Data Analyst presso la sede di Cesena (Italia). Il ruolo si concentra sull'analisi, monitoraggio e gestione dei dati legati ai processi del Servizio Tecnico, in stretta collaborazione con le filiali mondiali.

Si richiede laurea magistrale e 1–2 anni di esperienza in ambito dati, familiarità con ERP e strumenti come Excel, Power BI o Tableau. Disponibilità a viaggiare all'interno e all'estero e ottime capacità analitiche e comunicative.

Competenze

• Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria, Economia, Statistica, Data Science o campo affine.
• 1–2 anni di esperienza in ruoli data-focused o in Servizio Tecnico/After Sales con esposizione ai dati.
• ERP e strumenti IT (Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint); gestione dashboard con Power BI/Tableau.
• Inglese minimo B2; disponibilità a viaggiare a livello internazionale; attenzione ai dettagli; lavoro in team.

Mansioni

• Analizzare dati e KPI del Servizio Tecnico per identificare trend e opportunità di miglioramento.
• Supportare Kaizen presso filiali UE e non UE per ottimizzare i processi.
• Sviluppare e mantenere dashboard e report per HQ e filiali.
• Erogare sessioni di training alle filiali per elevare l’eccellenza del servizio.
• Contribuire a definire piani di miglioramento e monitorarne l’andamento.

Your Role

We are searching for a dedicated Technical Service Data Analyst to join our team at Technogym HQ in Cesena (Italy).

This is a key role focused on management, monitoring, and in-depth analysis of data related to our Technical Service processes, in close collaboration with our Subsidiaries worldwide.

Your impact and contribution in this role will drive service excellence and enhance customer satisfaction through data-driven insights.

Your Impact

• Perform in-depth analysis of data and KPIs currently used in the Technical Service area to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support on-field Kaizen sessions across EU and non-EU Subsidiaries to streamline current processes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders at both HQ and subsidiary level.
• Deliver training sessions to colleagues in our Subsidiaries to increase service excellence.
• Contribute to defining and implementing performance improvement plans and monitoring their progress through recurrent meetings.

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.

Experience of, or a proven interest in the fitness industry is highly desirable, along with excellent analytical and communication skills, curiosity and creativity.

What you should bring

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field with a strong quantitative component.
• 1-2 years of experience in a data-focused role (e.g., Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar) or in a Technical Service/After Sales role with significant exposure to data analysis.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems and IT Tools (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau).
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• English proficiency (minimum level B2 CEFR).
• Availability for international business trips.
• Ability to execute tasks quickly and accurately, with a strong attention to detail.
• Good teamworking and listening skills.

Compensation Data

For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between 35,000 and 50,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
