Ai Engineering S.r.l. is seeking a qualified International Bid Specialist to strengthen the company's promotion and development team. For this role, AiE is looking for candidates with proven experience in preparing documents for international tenders in the field of civil engineering.

Ai Engineering S.r.l. (www.aigroup.it) is a rapidly expanding Civil Engineering Consultancy Company based in Turin, Italy. The Company's goal is to strengthen its structure and improve its capability to compete for projects funded by International Financial Institutions (IFIs) and international development and cooperation bodies.

Role Overview:

As an International Bid Specialist, the candidate will play a crucial role in promoting and managing bids for consultancy projects on a global scale. Responsibilities include identifying strategic business opportunities (in selected countries and consultancy sectors), drafting competitive proposals, and managing collaborations with partners and consultants.

Key Requirements:

• University degree, with preference for candidates with a background in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing tendering processes for international consultancy services.
• Excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Russian will be considered an advantage.
• Availability to undertake short/medium-term missions abroad.

Possible Responsibilities Assigned to the Role:

• Collaboration with the Business Development Manager to identify and pursue strategic business opportunities.
• Maintenance and updating of essential company documents, such as CVs, technical datasheets, and presentations.
• Assistance in finding and selecting freelance experts to be included in the team for technical proposals.
• Leading and contributing to the preparation of technical proposals, and supporting and coordinating the administrative components of the bid.
