Risen Energy in Italy is seeking a BESS Sales Director or Manager to drive overseas sales and expand the energy storage business across regions. You will lead client development, negotiate major deals, and align marketing strategies with global goals.

The role requires strong leadership, English fluency, and a proven track record in overseas markets. This on-site position offers growth, training, and an opportunity to shape a rapidly growing segment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven overseas sales experience.
• 2+ years in energy storage industry.
• 3+ years of team management experience.
• Fluency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Demonstrated leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Established customer resources and regional networks preferred.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key overseas clients and lead business negotiations.
• Develop and implement overseas marketing strategies for energy storage products aligned with company goals.
• Manage the sales budget and control costs within the assigned region.
