Risen Energy in Italy is seeking a BESS Sales Director/Manager to lead overseas client development and sales strategy for energy storage products. You will build international relationships, manage budgets, develop market expansion plans, and drive growth through strong leadership and English proficiency.

The role requires a proven track record in overseas sales, team management, and deep knowledge of the energy storage sector, with the ability to align marketing and sales efforts across regions.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 5 years of overseas sales experience, including leading major client development initiatives.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the energy storage industry, with understanding of market demands and trends.
• At least 3 years of team management experience, demonstrating leadership and organization.
• Proactive work attitude with excellent stress management capabilities.
• Exceptional management and adaptability skills with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Fluent English with advanced listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Established customer resources and familiarity with large-scale energy storage policies and networks in target regions preferred.
• Strong market development abilities and extensive customer resources are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
