Risen Energy in Malepasso, Italy is seeking a BESS Sales Director/Manager to lead overseas sales efforts for energy storage solutions and to build strong client relationships across key markets.

You will oversee market expansion plans, manage regional budgets, and guide a team to achieve ambitious growth targets, leveraging extensive industry networks and excellent English communication skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• At least 5 years of overseas sales experience, including leading major client initiatives.
• Minimum of 3 years of team management experience.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key overseas clients, lead business negotiations, and handle public relations activities.
• Develop detailed market expansion plans to drive sales growth and achieve company goals.
• Manage the sales budget and control costs within the assigned region to ensure optimal resource allocation.
