Job summary

Bosch Rexroth Oil Control S.p.A. in Nonantola (MO) invites applications for an Internal Control & Administration role.

You will support Detective Controls in the Cash Flow area and help with Monitoring Procedures, gaining hands-on experience in internal controls within a global industrial company. The ideal candidate is finishing economics studies or holds a related degree, proficient with Excel and MS Office, fluent in Italian and with English at least B2.

Qualifications

• Graduation in Economics or a related field.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent Italian and English (minimum B2).

Responsibilities

• Dive into the world of internal control by supporting the execution of Detective Controls within the Cash Flow area.
• Support the execution of Monitoring Procedures required by Corporate.
• Contribute to managing and verifying administrative activities, mainly related to accounts payable.
• Work with SAP, Apache, Web Reporting to analyze and validate data.
• Take part in collecting and organizing internal documentation and company delegations.
• Enter data and results into the global COMFORTtool and collaborate with different company functions.
