Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Strong interest in management control, financial analysis, and business performance.
• Good analytical skills and a strong aptitude for working with numbers and data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Basic understanding of financial statements and cost accounting principles.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Italian; good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
• Curiosity, proactivity, and a continuous learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of monthly reports and forecasts of key economic and production indicators.
• Collaborate in variance analysis (actual costs vs. standard costs), identifying areas for improvement.
• Learn how to use advanced reporting tools (Excel, SAP, Power BI, etc.).
• Participate in product costing and in updating profit and loss statements.
• Contribute to the monitoring of industrial KPIs (production efficiency, indirect costs, etc.).
• Work closely with other departments (production, logistics, quality) to understand data sources and support analyses.
