Job summary

Bosch Rexroth Oil Control SpA is seeking an intern to join the HSE Department in Nonantola (MO). The role focuses on health, safety, and environmental programs, supporting documentation, compliance monitoring, and data analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives.

The chosen candidate will engage in a technical project related to electrical safety, helping to align practices with internal standards and improve controls on electrical systems across sites.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering disciplines, ideally Environmental Engineering, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, or similar fields.
• Interest in health, safety, and environmental topics.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (especially Excel).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills.
• Good command of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Support in drafting and updating HSE documentation.
• Assist in monitoring regulatory compliance related to safety and environmental matters.
• Participate in internal audits and workplace inspections.
• Collect and analyze data related to accidents, near misses, and HSE indicators.
• Collaborate in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the HSE area.
