Bosch Rexroth Oil Control S.p.A. is offering a curricular internship in the Controlling area, focusing on data analysis and business performance.

You will join the Central Logistics Department as a proactive Supply Chain & Logistics Engineer, supporting continuous improvement of logistics processes across the manufacturing network, and contributing to reports, forecasts and strategic analyses. You will help develop and implement Physical Logistics processes, optimize end-to-end material flows,

Competenze

• Bachelor-level degree in SCM, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years' experience in logistics and supply chain operations in international manufacturing environments preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems; advanced MS Office skills; Power BI is a plus.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and standardize material flow across plants and harmonize logistics practices.
• Lead packaging optimization, data management and sustainability compliance.
• Support transportation management and carrier performance improvements.
• Monitor logistics KPIs, inventory performance, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to logistics controlling and cost-saving projects across the network.
• Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation in logistics tools.
• Facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing across plants.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to meet business objectives.
