Bosch Rexroth Oil Control S.p.A. in Nonantola (MO) seeks a detail-oriented graduate to join the customs/export team.

The role involves studying EU documentation to verify product origin, checking the made-in status, and handling export documents with cross-department collaboration. You will learn to classify products for dual-use control and assist with MRN procedures, archiving, and related customs activities.

Competenze

• Graduate in Economics and Statistics or similar.
• Proficient with MS Office tools, especially Excel.
• Good command of English (min B2) and fluent Italian.

Mansioni

• Study documentation (EU agreements, seminar materials) to verify preferential origin using company systems.
• Verify the 'made in' status of products through internal information systems and cross-department collaboration.
• Explain export processes and related documents (sales invoices, VAT, customs paperwork).
• Assist in determining dual-use classification of products based on EU regulations.
• Support additional customs activities like MRN administrative closure, archiving, and verification.
• Contribute to anti-terrorism checks on customers and suppliers; request missing import documents as needed.

Job Description

What will you take care of?

Preferred origin

Study of the subject through documentation (EU agreements, seminar materials, etc.); verification of the preferential origin of DCOC products using the company's information systems (operating system, Excel) and interacting with other company departments to obtain the necessary information (e.g., CTG bill of materials and costings, product).

Made in

Study of the subject through documentation (EU agreements, seminar materials, etc.); verification of the "made in" status of DCOC products using the company's information systems (operating system, Excel) and interacting with other company departments to obtain the necessary information (e.g., CTG bill of materials and costings, product).

Customs documents

Explanation of what an export is and all the related documents (sales invoices, applied VAT, customs bills, opening and closing of export procedures).

Dual use

Study of the subject through documentation (EU regulations, seminar materials, etc.); support in determining the dual-use classification of products.

Other Customs Activities

• Anti-terrorism checks on customers and suppliers
• Requests to customers for import documents required for MRN administrative closure
• Archiving and verification of MRN closure

Qualifications

Education: You have to graduate in Economics and Statistics or similar.

Experience and know-how: You are skilled with the main IT tools (MS Office) and in particular with Excel.

Languages: You have a good level of English (min B2) and are fluent in Italian.

Soft Skills: You are careful to details and a result-oriented person. You are a good listener and have good interpe
