Baker Hughes is offering an internship designed for students pursuing a Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree or recent graduates to gain hands-on work experience and learn about processes, systems, and best practices in a global energy company.

You will join the Package and System Engineering team to support the development and deployment of digital tools, SharePoint, and communication strategies to enhance internal visibility and technical dissemination.

Competenze

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Communication, Digital Media, Engineering, or related fields.
• Fluent in English, with strong writing and editing skills.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).
• Be able to legally work in the country without company sponsorship or time restriction.

The Baker Hughes Internship is designed to enable students either pursuing a Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree or recently graduated to gain hands‑on work experience as the foundation of their professional lives. Our internships will give you first‑hand insights into the processes, systems, and practices that are aligned to ensure customer needs are met through flawless execution and the application of leading‑edge technology.

Partner with the best

Join the Package and System Engineering team (PSE) to support the development and deployment of digital tools and communication strategies aimed at enhancing internal visibility, technical dissemination, and branding. This internship will contribute to the evolution of digital platforms such as SharePoint and help streamline the communication of technical initiatives across the organization.

You’ll participate in focused training, and team meetings, work on projects, and present your results. During your internship, you will be supported by a buddy and your manager who will ensure you have a valuable learning experience. You can expect to receive coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop your learning and skillset.

You will also have the opportunity to become familiar with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) and culture of Baker Hughes. as well as our strong commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

As an Intern, you will be responsible for:

To be successful in this role you will:

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Communication, Digital Media, Engineering, or related fields.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, PowerPoint, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).
• Strong writing and editing skills in English.
• Interest in technical topics and ability to simplify complex information.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country
• Be fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills
• Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction

The fixed allowance for this position will be between this range: 600 - 1000 € gross monthly.

The allowance will be established in accordance with criteria related to the candidate’s academic status and their distance from the workplace.
