Baker Hughes offers an Internship program designed for students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree or recent graduates to gain practical, hands-on experience across engineering and technology disciplines.

You will work on meaningful projects, learn internal software, collaborate with global teams, and receive mentoring to develop technical and professional skills while adhering to HS&E standards.

Competenze

• Enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelor’s or Master’s level degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, other STEM-related or business-related program.
• GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0 or equivalent in your country.
• Fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills.
• Legally able to work in the country without sponsorship or time restrictions.

You’ll participate in focused training, and team meetings, work on projects, and present your results. During your internship, you will be supported by a buddy and your manager who will ensure you have a valuable learning experience. You can expect to receive coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop your learning and skillset.

As an Intern, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborate in software development, coding, or programming tasks with engineers.

• Working as part of a team and communicating effectively with colleagues, engineers, and supervisors to achieve project goals, and identifying and addressing technical issues or challenges that arise during projects and proposing solutions.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ level degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, other STEM-related or business-related program.

• Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country

• Be fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills

• Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction

The fixed allowance for this position will be between this range: 600 - 1000 € gross monthly.
