Baker Hughes offers an internship designed for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience within the Package and System Engineering team. You will support digital tool development, assist in communicating technical initiatives, and learn to translate complex topics for broader audiences.

The program emphasizes collaboration with global leaders, exposure to an engineering environment, and potential to develop into a longer-term collaboration.

Competenze

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Communication, Digital Media, Engineering, or related fields.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, PowerPoint, and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express).
• Strong writing and editing skills in English.
• Fluent in oral and written English with effective communication skills.
• Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction.

This internship will contribute to the evolution of digital platforms such as SharePoint and help streamline the communication of technical initiatives across the organization.

As an Intern, you will be responsible for:

To be successful in this role you will:

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Communication, Digital Media, Engineering, or related fields.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, PowerPoint, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).
• Strong writing and editing skills in English.
• Interest in technical topics and ability to simplify complex information.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
• Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country
• Be fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills
• Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction

The fixed allowance for this position will be between this range: 600 - 1000 € gross monthly.
