Baker Hughes Internship Program in Italy offers students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or recent graduates, hands-on exposure to plant logistics. You will work with cross‑functional teams, participate in focused training, and receive mentoring to develop your learning and skills.

The program emphasizes packaging planning, data analysis, and continuous improvement, with a buddy and manager guiding your assignments. A monthly gross allowance ranges from 600 to 1000 EUR.

Competenze

• Enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Have a GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.
• Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and data management applications.
• Have a basic understanding of logistics and supply chain concepts.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Interest in manufacturing and industrial operations.
• Show analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Be able to work effectively in a team and collaborate across functions.
• Be able to work legally in Italy without sponsorship.

As part of the Plant Logistics team, you will support daily logistics operations, working alongside experienced professionals in managing logistics issues and monitoring material flows across the facility. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment and develop an understanding of key logistics and supply chain processes.

As an Intern, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting packaging planning and coordination activities in alignment with operational requirements and stakeholder guidance.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country
• Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and data management applications.
• Have a basic understanding of logistics and supply chain concepts.
• Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Have an interest in manufacturing and industrial operations.
• Show strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Be able to work effectively in a team and collaborate with different functions across the organization.
• Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction
