Baker Hughes invites students and recent graduates to join its Internship Program in Italy. You will work on communications, commercialization projects, and cross‑functional collaborations to deliver outcomes and learn about energy technologies.

You will gain coaching and mentoring, plus exposure to HS&E culture while building practical skills in marketing, communications, and customer enablement. This internship emphasizes growth and hands-on experience.

Competenze

• Enrolled or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Commercial, Communications, or business-related program.
• Maintain GPA ≥ 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Complete communications and commercialization projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.
• Learn internal tools to assist with projects and tasks.

You’ll participate in focused training, and team meetings, work on projects, and present your results. During your internship, you will be supported by a buddy and your manager who will ensure you have a valuable learning experience. You can expect to receive coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop your learning and skillset.

You will also have the opportunity to become familiar with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) and culture of Baker Hughes. as well as our strong commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

As an Intern, you will be responsible for:

• Completing communications and commercialization projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements

• Learning internal tools to assist with the completion of projects and tasks

• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams and interns to interact and network with global internal stakeholders and subject matter experts

• Creating sales‑ready enablement assets such as presentations, use cases, pitch narratives, and competitive positioning.

• Executing marketing communications strategy according to business priorities and benchmark activities with key competitors

• Analyzing communication effectiveness, and helping build a consistent solution narrative around our initiatives

• Applying Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ level degree in Marketing, Commercial, Communications, Business or business-related program.

• Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country

• Be fluent in oral and written Italian and English and have effective communication skills

• Be curious and genuinely willing to learn about energy and industrial market with the related products and solutions

• Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction

The fixed allowance for this position will be between this range: 600 - 1000 € gross monthly.

The allowance will be established in accordance with criteria related to the candidate’s academic status and their distance from the workplace.
