Mutares SE & Co. KGaA in Munich seeks an experienced AI Solution Architect to identify AI opportunities, design scalable solutions, and lead cross-portfolio initiatives across its international portfolio.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, implement MLOps, and develop toolkits to accelerate AI adoption, while communicating in Italian and English and traveling up to 4 days a week as needed.

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or similar field with outstanding results.
• At least 3 years of experience designing and implementing AI solutions in business contexts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, LLMs, MLOps, data pipelines, and cloud-based AI architectures (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Business fluency in Italian and English, with clear communication.

Mansioni

• Conduct discovery workshops to identify AI opportunities addressing pain points such as automation, analytics, NLP, and generative AI.
• Define and prioritize use cases based on business impact, feasibility, and implementation effort.
• Design scalable AI solutions and prototypes with cross-portfolio reusability.
• Oversee implementation including vendor selection, team coordination, and technical validation.
• Develop toolkits and frameworks to accelerate AI adoption across Mutares and portfolio companies.
