Haworth International seeks a senior program lead to drive AI transformation across Lifestyle Design and International divisions, guiding strategy, planning, governance and execution to realize measurable business value. You will partner with executives, business leaders and IT to ensure alignment with objectives and successful change management.

Competenze

• 7 years related work experience with Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years related experience with Masters degree.
• Project Management certification or extensive experience (PMP, IPMA, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams with influence.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical and sound decision-making capabilities.
• Proven expertise in managing financial, material and human resources.
