Baker Hughes is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Configuration Engineer to drive template governance for Florence core products and the P&M portfolio, ensuring BOM, QCP, and related documentation stay current.

You will collaborate with Systems Engineers, Design Engineers, and Product Owners to enable product configurators while leading change-management activities and maintaining governance across the lifecycle.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Solid knowledge of Baker Hughes products and systems portfolio.
• Hands-on experience with PLM systems and BOM management.
• Experience in Systems Engineering and/or Configuration Management.
• Strong analytical mindset and structured problem solving.
• Ability to work autonomously in cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
• EU Work Permit required.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with engineers and owners to translate inputs into infrastructure templates, BOM, QCP, and budget templates.
• Own and govern QCP templates for Florence core products and the P&M portfolio.
• Define and integrate configuration rules for Product Configurators.
• Ensure timely generation of project BOMs and PDOCs.
• Maintain infrastructure configuration baselines across lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement of infrastructure tools and processes.
• Lead change-management for templates and processes.
• Develop and maintain Work Instructions and standards.
• Provide status updates to leadership on progress and risks.
• Coordinate external providers for infrastructure solutions.
• Collaborate across functions with systems-thinking approach.
