Procter & Gamble in Rome is seeking an Influencer & Community Manager to build brand equity via influencer partnerships and vibrant online communities. You will identify creators, develop briefs, and manage campaigns end-to-end, ensuring high-quality content and measurable ROI across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.

English proficiency and a passion for digital storytelling are essential. You will leverage AI-assisted content creation tools, monitor trends, and collaborate with Brand

Competenze

• Experience in influencer marketing, social media, brand partnerships or related field.
• Experience managing social media communities and advocacy programs or UGC initiatives.
• Experience in beauty, luxury, fashion or premium consumer goods is advantageous.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills with multiple priorities.
• Analytical mindset to translate performance data into recommendations.
• Curious, proactive and able to work across teams with initiative.
• Solid English communication skills.

• Define influencer and creator engagement strategies with Brand and Media Managers.
• Identify, evaluate, and select influencers to support brand objectives.
• Lead development of creative briefs and campaign guidance for creators.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent reps.
• Ensure high-quality content delivery and premium campaign execution.
• Own end-to-end campaign execution from briefing to ROI evaluation.
• Engage audiences across social platforms and foster advocacy.
• Drive UGC and advocacy initiatives to amplify brand communities.
• Monitor conversations, sentiment, and industry trends to manage risks.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content ideation and testing.
