Pulse Advertising in Milano is seeking an entry-level Influencer Marketing Assistant to help plan and run campaigns across multiple markets and client verticals.

You will support the Influencer Marketing team from development to execution, research potential influencers, craft proposals, manage influencer communications, and help with briefings, creative ideas, negotiations and final reporting. Fluency in Italian and English and a hands-on, proactive mindset are essential.

Competenze

• 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media or digital marketing.
• Fluent in Italian and excellent command of English.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign KPI data.
• Hands-on, proactive team player with a can-do attitude.

Mansioni

• Support the Influencer Marketing team from development to execution of campaigns.
• Research and identify influencers based on KPIs and performance.
• Develop influencer proposals, formats and KPIs aligned to client objectives.
• Manage communications with influencers and create briefings.
• Collaborate on creative campaign ideas and content concepts.
• Own influencer negotiations and contracting; compile final campaign reporting.
