Procter & Gamble in Rome is looking for a recent graduate to join our entry-level program across key functions. You will tackle real business challenges on Day 1, while receiving structured training and ongoing mentoring from your manager.

We value leadership, analytical thinking and a global mindset. The role offers continuous coaching, a dynamic work environment, and opportunities to grow within a leading consumer goods company.

Competenze

• Recent graduate in business or engineering disciplines.
• Belong to “Categorie Protette” (L. 68/99).
• Demonstrate passion, leadership and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities.
• Have analytical and critical thinking.
• Have an excellent command of English and Italian, both written and spoken.
