Procter & Gamble invites motivated Master students and recent graduates to join its Sales Internship program at the Rome General Office. You will build relationships with customers, support promotions, pricing and merchandising, and help shape sales concepts and go-to-market strategies.

You will receive formal training and ongoing mentorship, work in a diverse, inclusive environment, and contribute to business plans that drive brand success. Six-month internship with day-one responsibility.

Competenze

• Master students or recent Master graduates with strong academic results.
• Enrolled in Categorie Protette (L.68/99).
• Fluent Italian with excellent English communication.
• Available for a 6 months internship.

Mansioni

• Build positive relationships with customers and collaborate on promotion support, assortment, shelving, pricing and merchandising strategies.
• Contribute to sales concepts, product branding and go-to-market strategies and tools.
• Help develop business plans to deliver sales and market share objectives.
• Assist customers in programs that grow their business for them and P&G.
• Collaborate with teams across Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing, Suppliers and product lines to achieve results.
